热风炉炉内耐材的无损检测方法

摘要:本发明具体是一种热风炉炉内耐材的无损检测方法,其特征是:包括热风炉炉壳外表面清理;线下标定激发冲击波的波速;检测点的确定及编号,在炉壳外表面待测定区域划分检测点;波形检测,在检测点处放置检波器,在距离检测点纵向0.2m0.5m的位置选取2个激发点,用激发器从打击激发点,每个激发点连续打击3次,采集反射响应波形,数据处理;并以检测点位置为横坐标,以计算的耐材厚度为纵坐标制作成剖面图,确定炉内各区域的耐材破损情况。本发明无需对热风炉炉壳进行开孔,也无需进入炉内搭设脚手架进行耐材检测,是一种安全、高效、经济的炉内耐材的无损检测方法,在同类工业项目领域具有通用性。

Abstract:The invention specifically relates to a non-destructive testing method for refractory materials in a hot blast stove. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: step one, cleaningthe outer surface of a hot blast stove case; step two, carrying out offline calibration of the velocity of an excited shock wave; step three, determining detection points, numbering the detection points, and dividing the detection points in a to-be-measured area on the outer surface of the stove case; step four, carrying out waveform detection; to be specific, arranging a wave detecting device atthe detection points, selecting two excitation points at positions at distances of 0.2mm to 0.5mm to the detection points in a longitudinal direction, striking each excitation point by using an excitation device continuously three times, and collecting reflective response waveforms; and step five, carrying out data processing; to be specific, with detection point locations as a horizontal coordinate and the thickness of the calculated refractory material as a longitudinal coordinate, making a profile map and determining refractory material destruction phenomena in all areas in the hot blast stove. According to the invention, refractory material detection is carried out without hole opening in the hot blast stove case and scaffold building in the stove. The non-destructive testing method for the refractory materials in a hot blast stove has advantages of high safety, high efficiency, and high economy and has high universality in the same kind of similar industrial project field.
